How the 30% marketplace fee works
Every sale on Roblox — gamepasses, developer products, shirts, pants and UGC items — pays a 30% marketplace fee. The remaining 70% is rounded down to a whole Robux, which is why selling something for 10 Robux nets you 7, and why hitting an exact take-home number means charging slightly more than you might guess. Selling classic clothing also carries the upload fee and requires Premium; gamepass sales just need the game.
