How to Recover a Roblox Account
Locked out or hacked, the path back is the same: prove the account is yours. How smooth that is depends on what is still attached to it — email, phone number, or nothing.
1. Try the password reset first
On the login screen choose Forgot Password and enter the email or phone on the account. The reset link lets you back in immediately if you still control that email or number.
2. Hacked with the email changed?
Go straight to Roblox support and report account compromise. Provide the username, the original email, and evidence you owned it — billing receipts for Robux purchases are the strongest proof.
3. Act fast on active theft
Hackers drain accounts quickly: they trade away limiteds and spend Robux. Reporting fast improves what Roblox can restore, though item recovery is never guaranteed.
4. Lock it down afterwards
Once back in: change the password, remove unknown sessions from security settings, add 2-step verification, and check the email and phone on file are yours. If you ever typed your password into another site, assume it is burned.

Sometimes, once per account historically, and never reliably. Prevention (2-step verification, never sharing passwords) is the real protection.
It is much harder. Support will look at purchase receipts and account details as proof. Add an email to every account you care about, today.
