Gear only functions in games that have gear enabled, and most modern games switch it off. Owning the gear isn't enough — each game decides whether any of it loads.
Why can't I get a gear item that's listed?
A lot of classic gear has gone off sale, so it can't be acquired any more even though existing owners keep theirs. The item page shows the current price or off-sale status.
Is any gear free?
Gear priced at 0 Robux is claimed with the Get button like any other free item. Where free gear exists in this category, it's flagged in the list above.
