How to Delete a Roblox Account

Roblox splits this in two. Deactivation is a self-serve setting you can undo. Deletion is a formal privacy request to Roblox support, and it is permanent: Robux, limiteds and purchases are all destroyed with the account.
1. Decide: deactivate or delete
Deactivation disables the account and hides your profile, and you can reactivate any time just by logging back in. It lives in your Roblox privacy settings, under Account Deactivation and Deletion. Deletion is for when you want your personal data erased for good.
2. Spend or transfer nothing first — it does not work
Robux and items cannot be transferred to another account, and selling for real money breaks Roblox’s terms. Anything left on the account is simply lost.
3. Send a right-to-be-forgotten request
Deletion is only available through the Roblox support form. Choose the Right To Be Forgotten option under Data Privacy Requests. Parents can request deletion of a child’s account. Roblox verifies your identity before acting, so use the email or phone on file.
4. Wait out the process
Roblox confirms the request and then processes it. Under its US privacy terms it acknowledges a rights request within 10 days and responds within 45; UK and EU requests run to the usual one-month window. Plan on weeks, not hours.

No. Once processed, deletion is final — username, items and history are gone. If you are unsure, deactivate instead: logging back in reactivates it.
Roblox publishes no inactivity cut-off, and accounts are not removed simply for going unused. Your items stay put until you delete the account or it is banned.
