Roblox Error Code 264 — What It Means & How to Fix It
Error code 264 means the same account joined from another device. Error 264 means your account connected to a game from somewhere else, so this session was closed. One account can only be in one game session at a time.
1. Close other sessions
Log out of Roblox on other devices — a forgotten tab, console or family tablet still in a game triggers 264 here.
2. Change your password if it is not you
If you are not logged in anywhere else, someone else may be using your account. Change the password immediately and enable 2-step verification. See our account recovery guide.
