Error code 529 means a Roblox web service failed. Error 529 is an HTTP service error on Roblox’s side — the platform’s own services are struggling, most often during outages or heavy load.
1. Check Roblox status
During platform incidents, 529 spikes for everyone. If the status page or social feeds show an incident, wait it out — nothing on your side fixes it.
2. Wait and retry
Give it a few minutes between attempts. Hammering retry during an outage does nothing except add to the load.
3. Restart once it recovers
After an incident ends, a fresh app start clears any stuck session state.

Is 529 my internet?
Almost never. If your other apps and sites work but Roblox throws 529, the problem is on Roblox’s side.
