How to Redeem a Roblox Gift Card
Roblox gift cards convert into Roblox Credit, which you can spend on Robux or Premium. Redemption takes a minute when you know where to look.
1. Scratch the PIN on the back
Physical cards hide the PIN under a scratch-off strip. Digital cards email you the code directly. You need the full PIN with no missing characters.
2. Go to the redemption page
Log into the Roblox account that should receive the credit, then open roblox.com/redeem in a browser. Redeeming from inside the app is unreliable on some devices — the website always works.
3. Enter the PIN and redeem
Type the PIN exactly and press Redeem. The balance lands as Roblox Credit on your account, and a confirmation shows on screen.
4. Spend the credit
Choose Get Robux or a Premium subscription and pick Roblox Credit as the payment method at checkout. Credit does not convert to Robux until you do this step.
Common questions
Check for easy-to-confuse characters (0 vs O, 1 vs I). If it still fails, the card may not be activated — the store that sold it has to activate it at the till, so go back with the receipt.
Gift cards are region-locked. A card bought in one country usually only redeems on accounts in the same region.
Most Roblox gift cards include a bonus virtual item that arrives automatically when you redeem.
